In August 2013, I worked at Creature FX Inc. assisting in fabricating the bacon used in Subway's bacon commercial, in addition to creating the bacon rose bouquet. View the commercial HERE or in the video below.
In March, I built some puppets made out of fake vegetables for a rendition of "Aesop's Fables" directed by Park Cofield, presented by the Mammoth Lakes Foundation in Mammoth Lakes, CA. A few friends and I had a group puppet exhibit at Automata this past Saturday, where we showcased some of our work and had an art sale. Here are some photos of my work from the evening. Will post more as they appear. Thanks for everyone who came out and showed their support!
In front of me is illustration. Through the looking glass is puppetry. My goal is to merge the two. I enjoy creating and becoming part of fictitious worlds. The universe must know this, since these worlds keep finding me when I least expect them to. Onward ho. So it goes.
